GENEVA, April 19 (RIA Novosti) - The Swiss Foreign Ministry told RIA Novosti on Saturday it had taken note of the Easter truce announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Earlier in the day, Putin declared an Easter truce that will be effective from 6:00 p.m. Moscow time (15:00 GMT) on Saturday until midnight from Sunday to Monday (21:00 GMT on Sunday). "We have taken note of this announcement," the ministry said....
