The Israeli military Sunday said it acknowledged a failure on the part of its troops to fully report an incident last month in which soldiers killed 15 Gaza medics and rescuers, moving to dismiss the commander responsible. "The examination identified several professional failures, breaches of orders, and a failure to fully report the incident," the army said in a summary of the probe, adding a deputy commander "will be dismissed from his position......
