ANKARA, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - A Turkish parliamentary delegation has arrived in Moscow to hold talks on bilateral and regional issues, Fuat Oktay, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Grand National Assembly, said on Sunday.
