WASHINGTON, April 22 (RIA Novosti) – US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said on Tuesday that she is unable to confirm if special envoy Steve Witkoff will be traveling to Russia this week to continue discussions regarding Ukraine. "I can't confirm that, no… that's not something I can speak to," Bruce said during a press briefing. Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said earlier on Tuesday that Witkoff is expected to visit Moscow this week....
