An EU parliamentary aide linked to a graft probe involving Chinese tech giant Huawei has agreed to cooperate with investigators, her lawyer said Tuesday after an Italian court ruled she should not be handed over to Belgium. Lucia Simeone, an assistant to EU lawmaker Fulvio Martusciello, was held near Naples last month on charges of corruption, money laundering and criminal association.
