MOSCOW, April 22 (RIA Novosti) - Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Tuesday that he voted against fast-tracking Ukraine's membership of the EU in a national survey in Hungary, an EU member state with a veto right that can block Kiev's accession to the bloc.
