MOSCOW, April 25 (RIA Novosti) - Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Friday called the second visit of US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff to Russia in two weeks "shuttle diplomacy" as part of US mediation efforts to resolve the situation in Ukraine.
