MOSCOW, April 29 (RIA Novosti) - The United States and Russia are bound to cooperate, otherwise, the world will remain unstable, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday. "Especially since the two largest nuclear powers, Russia and the United States, are simply doomed to cooperate; otherwise, the world will feel completely unstable," Medvedev told the Znanie (Knowledge) education forum taking place on the sidelines......
