MOSCOW, April 29 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow considers Berlin's reactions to the ceasefire proposal of Russian President Vladimir Putin in Ukraine "disruptive" for the escalation of the crisis, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Tuesday.
