MOSCOW, April 30 (RIA Novosti) - Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani held a meeting with US officials in New York, despite US State Department’s claims that no meetings are planned between US and Syrian diplomats, Asharq News correspondent Niba Nasr said on Wednesday.
