WINDHOEK, 26 OCT (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has taken over the industry, mines and energy portfolio following her decision to relieve Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy, Natangue Ithete, of his duties.
