WINDHOEK, 20 MAY (NAMPA) – Vice President Lucia Witbooi on Wednesday celebrated 696 learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities who received vocational certificates accredited by the Namibia Qualifications Authority.
At the ceremony held at Augustineum Secondary School in Windhoek, she highlighted that skills in trades like welding and agriculture are foundational to Namibia’s Vision 2030.
