OSHAKATI, 21 MAY (NAMPA) – Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus has announced that Namibia is targeting 100 per cent broadband coverage by 2030 as the government accelerates efforts to connect underserved communities and expand digital infrastructure across the country.
