HOACHANAS, 25 NOV (NAMPA) – Hoachanas in the Hardap Region is seeking the formation of its own village council in order to acquire control over local decisions.
Marcus Kooper, a researcher, historian of the Kai-//Khau people, and director of the Hoachanas Community Library and Archives, emphasised the importance of self-government in an interview with Nampa on Saturday.
