OSLO, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide on Wednesday welcomed the ceasefire deal agreed between Israel and Lebanon this week, and called for negotiations to be launched on a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.
