EENHANA, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Ohangwena Electoral Officer, Henock Hanga has confirmed reports of ballot papers running out at various polling stations.
The region has 12 constituencies and 299 polling stations.
