Over 60,000 displaced by flooding in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- Flooding has displaced 60,099 people in several states in Malaysia's north and east coast areas as of 8 p.m. local time on Thursday. The worst affected area was Kelantan state, with 49,048 people being housed in 207 flood relief centers, according to the country's social welfare department.
