Munich (dpa) - A regional German court has dismissed the lawsuit by the German shoe brand Birkenstock against the supermarket chain Aldi for alleged violations of design and competition law, a court spokesman said on Thursday. Birkenstock claimed that shoes in Aldi's range violated its rights, and filed for damages, as well as a discontinuation of the relevant products and access to financial records.
