England were all out for 499 to lead New Zealand by 151 runs after the first innings in Christchurch on day three of the first Test on Saturday. Harry Brook top scored with 171 and Ben Stokes added 80 with the pair putting on 159 for the sixth wicket. Gus Atkinson made 48 off 36 deliveries as England accumulated 180 in 29 overs on Saturday, racing along at 6.2 an over.
