Berlin (dpa) - Germany's Greens are to make a "climate dividend" for residents drawn from carbon taxes a major plank in their manifesto for national elections due to be held in February, dpa learnt on Sunday. A draft of the manifesto seen by dpa includes a commitment that "everyone on a low or medium income will receive a large part of the revenue from CO2 pricing for heating buildings and transport as a compensatory climate dividend."
