Brussels (dpa) - The European Commission on Wednesday approved a ?3 billion ($3.1 billion) Dutch-German state aid scheme to support the production of renewable fuels like hydrogen. The project will help meet the "increasing demand for renewable fuels" in the European Union by supporting their global production, EU Competition and Climate Commissioner Teresa Ribera said in a statement.
