Christmas Day swimmers brave cool sea temperatures in UK

London (PA Media/dpa) - Brave outdoor swimmers in the United Kingdom wore Father Christmas hats as they kicked off their celebrations with a festive dip on Wednesday. Sea surface temperatures across the country were between 8 and 11 degrees Celsius, the British meteorological office said. But plucky bathers, including many dressed as Father Christmas, snowmen and elves, woke up early to take the plunge. Members of the Serpentine Swimming Club too......
