US Steel, Nippon Steel Say Filed Federal Lawsuits Over Blocking of $15Bln Acquisition Deal

MOSCOW, January 6 (Sputnik) - Japanese corporation Nippon Steel and US Steel have filed two federal lawsuits challenging the ongoing interference with the nearly $15 billion acquisition deal, according to a joint statement released on Monday.
