Italy's unemployment rate hits record low in November: ISTAT

ROME, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- Italy's unemployment rate fell to a record low of 5.7 percent in November, the lowest level ever recorded since the historical series began in 2004, the national statistics institute ISTAT said on Tuesday. The overall jobless rate declined by 0.1 percent from October and by 1.8 percent compared to November 2023. The number of unemployed individuals fell by 24,000 to 1,457,000, which was the lowest since April 2007.......
