GAZA/JERUSALEM, Jan. 8 (Xinhua) -- At least 31 Palestinians were killed in the latest Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip, Gaza's Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Basal told Xinhua on Wednesday.
