London (PA Media/dpa) - The UK government was urged to allow frozen Russian assets to be seized and used to help Ukraine as a bill providing financial support clears Parliament. The Financial Assistance to Ukraine (Money Bill) unlocks £2.26 billion ($2.77 billion) for Ukraine, which will be repaid to the UK via the profits from frozen Russian assets in the EU.
