2 dead, 8 injured in Philippine van-motorcycle collision

MANILA, Jan. 20 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed and eight others injured early on Monday after a van collided with a motorcycle in Laguna province, south of Manila, police said. The accident happened in Alaminos town after the van sped past another vehicle at a blind curve and collided head-on with the motorcycle.
