Bundesbank chief calls for overhaul of Germany's debt brake

Davos, Switzerland (dpa) - Bundesbank chief Joachim Nagel on Wednesday said that Germany needs a completely new debt brake as it no longer meets the country's investment needs. The so-called debt brake refers to Germany's constitutional restrictions on ordinary borrowing.
