MOSCOW, January 31 (RIA Novosti) - The level of the European Union's gas storage has dropped below 55%, down over 16% compared to last year, while the rate of withdrawal has increased for the fourth consecutive day, data from the Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) showed on Friday.
