Music streaming giant Spotify said Tuesday that the number of active users grew 12 percent in the fourth quarter of 2024, reaching 675 million and beating its guidance by 10 million. The number of paying subscribers grew 11 percent, reaching 263 million, while the company's operating income reached record 477 million euros ($493 million) compared to an operating loss of 75 million euros the period a year earlier. jll/lth ...
