Man apprehended for rape of two minors

OSHAKATI, 09 FEB (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force in the Omusati Region have on Friday arrested a 45-year-old man for allegedly raping two cousins aged 14 and 16 at Onyamangunda village in the Onesi Constituency.
NamPol Omusati Regional Commander, Commissioner Ismael Basson said the incident reportedly occurred in December 2024 and was only reported on Friday.
The matter was reported by the victims’ 54-year-old grandmother.
