BRUSSELS, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- The European Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security Maros Sefcovic said Tuesday that the European Union (EU) will respond "firmly and proportionately" to the tariffs imposed by the United States. "We deeply regret this.
