Singapore reports over 470 investment scam cases in 2025

SINGAPORE, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- More than 470 cases of investment scams have been reported in Singapore since the start of 2025, with losses amounting to at least 32.6 million Singapore dollars (about 24.1 million U.S. dollars), police said on Tuesday. Victims were targeted through social media platforms, and messaging and dating applications, police said. Authorities have urged the public to exercise caution when making investment decisions......
