MOSCOW, February 12 (RIA Novosti) - Oil refining in Russia by the end of 2025 will remain at the level of 2024 or even increase, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Wednesday. "Yes, we have no reason for the figures to change. There may even be more processing, because there was a decrease at the beginning of last year," Novak told reporters, commenting on whether Russia will keep oil refining at last year's level in 2025....
