Stuttgart, Germany (dpa) - Two uninvolved women have been killed in the south-western German city of Ludwigsburg in an accident believed to be linked to an alleged car race. Police announced late on Thursday that one of the drivers involved in the crash has been detained, while the other fled the scene.
