Uzbekistan Sends 200 Tonnes of Humanitarian Aid to Afghanistan - Reports

MOSCOW, March 25 (RIA Novosti) - Uzbekistan has delivered almost 200 tonnes of food to Afghanistan this week through the northern Afghan province of Balkh, Afghan media reported on Monday. The aid was handed over to the Afghan government in the town of Hairatan, the Ariana news portal reported on Monday, adding that it included flour, wheat, pasta, vegetable oil, sugar, instant meals, red beans and mung beans.
