Russia's Budget Parameters to Be Fulfilled Regardless of Oil Price - Finance Minister

MOSCOW, March 26 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Finance Ministry expects to fulfill its budget plans in 2025, including the reduction of the budget deficit, even if oil prices fall below the forecast level, because the oil and gas balance of the Russian budget is calculated "with a reserve," Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Wednesday.
