Leverkusen, Germany (dpa) - Champions Bayer Leverkusen defeated lowly Bochum 3-1 on Friday to spice up the Bundesliga title race by drawing within three points of leaders Bayern Munich. Aleix Garcia opened the scoring 20 minutes into the game. Bochum were level six minutes later from Felix Passlack's blast into the top left corner, but Victor Boniface tapped home on the hour for 2-1 and Amine Adli wrapped up matters in the 87th.
