MOSCOW, March 30 (RIA Novosti) - Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker was overwhelmingly approved as head of the Austrian People's Party (OVP) during its congress, the Presse newspaper reported. In January, Stocker was appointed acting head of the party after former Chancellor Karl Nehammer stepped down from the post. Stocker received 98​​​.42% of the delegates' votes, the publication said.
