OPUWO, 04 APR (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has begun preparations for by-elections in the Kamanjab and Sesfontien Constituencies in the Kunene Region, following the recent resignations of Nico Somaeb and Hedrick Gaobaeb from their positions in these constituencies last month.
On Friday, the ECN engaged with various stakeholders in Opuwo to discuss the way forward and share crucial information about the upcoming by-elections...
