London (PA Media/dpa) - Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has admitted Guglielmo Vicario's serious ankle injury was a shock but has backed the squad to cope. Vicario fractured his ankle during Saturday's remarkable 4-0 win at Manchester City and will not play again until the new year.
