London (PA Media/dpa) - A $50 million legacy fund has been launched by football governing body FIFA and Qatar, the hosts of the 2022 men's World Cup. The finals in the Gulf nation were mired in controversy over the treatment of migrant labourers in the construction of World Cup venues and other infrastructure.
