Report finds weak final quarter for German economy

Berlin (dpa) - Germany's industrial, manufacturing and service sectors continued to weaken in the final quarter of 2024, according to the latest economic barometer from the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) released on Thursday. The report also estimated that overall German economic output also likely declined during the quarter. Exports and domestic demand both remain weak as Europe's largest economy sputters, according to the DIW. P......
